The Secret Service has an updated website on the most wanted fugitives throughout the United States. These are not the same as some of the other defense agencies including the FBI, or regular police force. These people are more focused on the crimes relating to money and bank fraud. Dzmitry BurakDzmitry Burak is the mastermind behind a number of reported identity thefts in Southern California. By using their knowledge in technology, Burak and a group of friends orchestrated an international ring of identity thief. After receiving all of the identities Burak has reportedly stolen $21 million.

James KongKong has been linked to numerous credit card frauds over the past few years. After he learned the police were after him, he devised a plan using false identities and false documents to try and show he wasn't who they thought he was. Kong has hacked international health insurance companies to steal information relating to their accounts and personal bank accounts.

James AmthorWhile people are often charged with bank fraud, James Amthor took it took another level. He was the mastermind behind a plan to steal over $850,000 from banks located in Orange Country and was the sole recruiter in hopes of expanding his illegal activities. He allowed suspects to deposit fraudulent checks and then knew the attendants were taking many out of the safe. Amthor would then takes these funds and distribute them to his group.
